This interactive training course gives mentors ideas, tips, and guidelines for deepening their relationship. It’s designed to be completed either before the mentor and mentee are matched or very early in the relationship.
For most mentors, building a relationship can initially seem overwhelming. This course provides a practical real-world approach to developing mentoring skills. It includes real-world scenarios, ‘how to’ tips, and virtual experiences for establishing the decision-making skills needed for building enduring relationships.
